MVEDA's AutomateUP+ Program Gains Recognition from Dallas Fed

Staff Report / LasCruceslocal.org

The Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance (MVEDA) has received recognition from the Dallas Federal Reserve for its AutomateUP+ Program. The program focuses on providing short-term credentials to the workforce in Las Cruces and Doña Ana County, aiming to enhance skills and increase earning potential in the advanced manufacturing sector.

MVEDA initiated this award-winning program as part of its strategy to strengthen the local talent pipeline to meet the demands of growing industries in the region.

For more information about the AutomateUP+ initiative, visit the official website at [NMBorderplex](https://www.nmborderplex.com/automateup/) or read the feature on the Fed Communities website [here](https://fedcommunities.org/short-term-credentials-labor-market-who-stands-benefit/).
