Las Cruces Parks and Recreation expands After School Programs.

Las Cruces Parks and Recreation is now hosting After School Programs at Loma Heights Elementary and Jornada Elementary School. The fall lottery registration is open until July 12th online and in person. Kids in kindergarten to 5th grade for the 2024-25 school year are eligible to join. The program follows the Las Cruces Public School Calendar and runs Monday to Friday from 2:30-6pm. Program sites will include several elementary schools in the area.
Registration for the ASP Summer Recreation Program is done by lottery selection only due to limited spots. Participants selected will be notified by email or text message by July 16th. In addition, the A. Fielder Memorial Safe Haven-Weed & Seed program is open for in-person registration until July 19th at the A. Fielder Memorial Safe Haven.
