Tai Chi classes will be available at the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The classes will be led by instructor Esther Minick every Tuesday at 9:15 AM. Tai Chi is recognized as an ancient Chinese art that integrates the mind, body, and spirit, offering numerous health benefits, including improved arthritis management and fall prevention. The classes are designed for people of all skill levels and aim to promote overall health.
